Have had a crazy couple of weeks, we lost a colleague and her unborn child a couple of weeks ago and this has really sent the school reeling with the shock and the loss of such an amazing person and teacher.

I wanted to do something personal so was really happy to do the front of her condolence book. I had to stop reading it as it was heart breaking.

Here it is, her husband told me she would have loved it. She was a lovely, serene and calm person and I hope this reflects that. I have used chocolate baroque stamps here.

On a lighter note I have been doing other stuff too,

Not so happy with these as they need more work. WIP

This is an old card, that I had forgot about but the other flowers will be similar when finished.

These are my bindi bugs, and am pleased to say they have a brilliant new home with the lovely and amazingly talented Sue Roddis.

Museum

Have been using bindis to create little beautiful, jewelled insects and beetles. I was inspired by an artist, I think her name was penny black, really sorry it that isn't correct , I will try and ensure that I write down my inspirations. Hope you like. I do. Sorry I'm not being big headed , but I do like this. I loved going to the museum as a kid and looking at the exhibits. It takes me back to that wonderment.

This is a piece created at the Hels up north last weekend. It was one of the best I've been on . I met some amazing people and made some great fiends oops friends lol. And met up with some wonderful old friends. I stayed at Tuck towers with, Hels Sheridan and Katy. Fox. We had a blast and I regaled them with some little incidents involving hearse, brides of Dracula, coffins, Whitby and an anorak .

The AMAZING people I met were just that , amazing , and I know and hope they feel the same way that we shall remain good friends
